Message	Can you imagine a blowout at those speeds? I bet it'd be pretty nasty... Maybe the guy stopped of his own recognizance. Or he got slowed down by traffic at some point, at which point the cops were able to finally get to him. Or a roadblock? I bet it's a hell of a thing scrambling to get a roadblock set up when someone's moving that fast though...
